Posture and Back pain

As people tend to sit for long periods of time so we find the incidence of back pain and neck pain to be increasing. Simple ways to prevent back pain is to keep changing ones posture , getting up from ones seat and taking a walk in the office. Most importantly while sitting the knees should be above the hips
